HOW TO BOOK YOUR EXPEDITION

After reviewing our safari guide and sample itineraries, simply let us know that you are interested in planning a trip. Share important details such as your preferred travel dates, number of travelers, and whether you would like a ready-made package or a customized itinerary.

From there, we begin detailed discussions via email, phone call, or direct messaging. Together, we refine the itinerary by reviewing different route options, accommodation categories, and activity preferences until the program fully meets your expectations.

Once the itinerary is agreed upon, we check the availability of the selected lodges and camps. If rooms are available, we place temporary reservations. If any property is fully booked, we will suggest comparable alternatives for your consideration before proceeding.

To secure the confirmed itinerary, a 30% deposit is required. Payment can be made through standard bank transfer (bank fees depend on your institution), or by credit/debit card, which carries a 4% transaction charge.

The remaining balance is payable upon arrival in Tanzania. You may settle the balance in USD cash ($100 and $50 notes issued from 2009 onwards, clean and in good condition) or by card payment.

After the deposit has been received and verified, we will issue a formal booking confirmation to secure your safari reservation.
